• Rooms available from 4th to 7th, June 2023 • A dedicated reservation link is available to get the guests to complete the reservation. • Payment method: • A valid credit card will be asked at the time of reservation to the participants • The first night will be charged 30 days (on May 4th, 2023) before the event and it will be not refundable in case of cancellation or force major • The whole stay will be charged 10 days (on May 26th, 2023) before the event and it will be not refundable in case of cancellation or force major • Reservation can be canceled FOC up to 31 days before the event (up to May 3rd, 2023) • From 30 days before the event, the first night will be not refundable and it will be possible cancel the remaining nights FOC • From 11 days before the event, the whole stay will be not refundable • In case of no show/early departure, the Hotel is authorized to charge the participant’s credit card • Last release date on May 3rd equal to 100% of the not picked-up rooms.
