More than just a legendary dish, our Peking Duck is a symbolic experience of dining in Saigon - meticulous in preparation and sophisticated in service. At Li Bai, Peking Duck is served with the finest iteration and live carving. Caramel in color, its crispy skin is the star of the show featuring a fragrant yet refreshing combination of flavors. The tender meat is cut up and served as the second course with a choice of XO fried rice or noodles. Menu offerings range from abundant variations of har gow, char siu, xiao long bao, siew mai, egg tarts to creative and modern interpretations such as Superior Abalone dumplings, Truffled Pork Xiao Long Bao, Steamed ‘Sacha’ Prawn dumplings and Steamed sea cucumber and asparagus dumplings in abalone sauce. Highlights include elaborate dishes of BBQ meats and soups exemplifying Cantonese culinary excellence as well as tempting desserts, namely silken tofu pudding with pineapple carpaccio. The Story of Li Bai

With our latest uplifting renovation, Li Bai features brand-new ambiance embodying contemporary aesthetics inspired by Li Bai’s, the poet, his stories and poems, a harmonious interplay of his life journey with nostalgic elements. The tranquil landscape sets the mood from the entrance whilst notable décor stars the koi fish represent an auspicious blessing in Asian culture as you walk through the gateway. Inside the restaurant, our newly designed interior furnished with gold tones features exquisite artworks depicting Li Bai’s milestones, from the beautiful Nga Mi mountains in Sichuan where Li Bai showcased his talent at the age of 15 to the following years when Li Bai embarked on a journey to explore magnificent mountains and rivers, two most distinctive elements in his poems.

No elaborate sign, Pho Minh nestled in the tiny alley has captivated Saigonese’ hearts with its traditional pho bowl for more than 7 decades. It is one of the oldest pho stands in Saigon.
