The Astor Ballroom, a stunning 8,337 square-foot venue may be divided into three smaller ballrooms from 2,388 to 2,720 square feet, ideal for large-scale celebrations, corporate gatherings, or wedding receptions. The ballroom opens to a private foyer, a charming pre-function space. The hotel also offers the 2,600 square-foot Diamond Ballroom and four John Jacob Astor Breakout Rooms, ranging from 275 to 518 square feet each.

Framed by high ceilings and large windows with dramatic city views, the Astor and Diamond Ballrooms are flooded with natural light. Each ballroom is embellished with richly detailed accents from the remarkable Sharon Marston candelabra-style chandeliers to polished wood floors. Ballroom walls are lined in sycamore, all with details handcrafted by Mexican artisans. A mural by Moss & Lam reveals an Asian aesthetic that blends seamlessly with the rooms' soft gray, green and blue palettes.

The elegant Diamond Ballroom may be divided into 2 smaller breakout rooms of 971 square feet each. It comprises a private foyer and a private terrace overlooking Paseo de la Reforma.

Meeting and event planners can enjoy the services of a representative from the Groups and Events Department to plan and implement every important detail. State-of-the-art AV equipment and AV support personnel are readily available for all events and are dedicated to making each presentation seamless and each event perfectly staged. The hotel provides microphones, projectors, podiums and staging areas; the staff is also happy to provide any other special equipment needed. A fully equipped Business Room is conveniently located next to the conference center.
