Fun Fact: The path’s name is derived from the 8.8 km long stone wall around the perimeter of Stanley Park. This iconic structure was erected between 1917 and 1971 in order to prevent the erosion of the park’s foreshore.
For new visitors, the Seawall is separated into two distinct sections. The pathway closest to the water is designated for walkers and joggers only. While the inside path is for cyclists and inline skaters.
