“SPARK THIS MOMENT” (the “Promotion”) TERMS & CONDITIONS
General Terms & Conditions:
- The campaign period of the Promotion is based on the located region of the Participating Property. For bookings at properties located in the Asia Pacific region excluding Greater China, the booking window is between March 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 (inclusive), and the event must be actualized on or before December 31, 2023; For bookings at properties located in Greater China, the booking window is between March 1, 2023 and September 15, 2023 (inclusive), and the event must be actualized on or before September 30, 2023. Blackout dates may apply.
- You must be a member of the MARRIOTT BONVOY™ program in order to enjoy this Promotion.
- In order to enjoy the benefits under the Promotion, the customer must elect to enjoy the Promotion benefits and such benefits must be confirmed in writing by the Participating Property.
- Promotion may not be combined with any other offers, incentives, discounts or promotions.

Rewards Terms & Conditions:
- The Qualified Member** (see definition below) is eligible to earn double points for the Qualifying Event up to a maximum of 200,000 points per Qualifying Event with a minimum of ten (10) consecutive paid room nights per Qualifying Event* (see definition below).
- The Qualified Event will receive their choice of One (1) of the Group Perks Offerings
- The Qualified Event will receive the Hotel’s choice of One (1) of the Surprise & Delights Offerings
*The “Qualifying Event” must be an event which satisfies the following conditions: (a) there must be a signed sales or catering contract between the customer and Hotel for the event (“Contract”); (b) the Marriott Bonvoy account number of the Qualified Member must be set out in the Contract; (c) the event must be held at the Hotel; and (d) the event must comply with the Promotion’s General Terms & Conditions.
** “Qualified Member” means the Customer that enters into the Contract.
- Promotion is valid only at participating properties. The list of participating properties may change at any time without notice.
- Marriott makes no warranties or representations, either express or implied, as to the type, quality, or fitness of goods and services provided through the Promotion or by the participating property.
- Marriott is not responsible for omissions or typographical errors.
- Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
- Marriott has the right to change, limit, modify or cancel these terms and conditions at any time with or without notice.

- These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation by Marriott which shall be final and conclusive. In case of dispute, Marriott reserves the right to make the final decision as permitted under applicable laws.
- To the extent permitted by law, Marriott reserves the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations and/or improvements to these terms and conditions, and to the benefits hereunder, at any time without notice, including after confirmation of a transaction.
- Marriott and the applicable participating properties do not accept any responsibility or liability for any faults or omissions in connection with the Promotion. Marriott and the participating properties shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly (including special, incidental, and consequential loss or damages) from the Customers’ acceptance and use of the Promotion.
- In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English language version shall prevail.
Appendix A – Area customizable rewards: Choice of One (1) from below selection
a) The Customer will have the total guest room charges on his/her master-billed rooms for the Qualifying Event reduced by five percent (5%).
b) One (1) complimentary standard room for one (1) night for every twenty (20) consecutive paid room nights (applicable to the lowest priced room), provided that such consecutive paid room nights are for stays during the Promotion period, subject to a maximum of ten (10) complimentary room nights per Qualifying Event* (see definition below). Complimentary room night is subjected to applicable tax. Complimentary room night is non-transferrable and non-assignable.
c) One (1) room upgrade for every twenty (20) consecutive paid nights, provided that such consecutive paid room nights are for stay during the Qualifying Event period. Subject to a maximum of ten (10) room upgrades per Qualifying Event.
Appendix B – Hotel customizable rewards: Choice of One (1) from below selection
a) Complimentary upgrade from Standard Day Delegate Package to Premium Day Delegate Package provided by the Hotel for the total number of meeting participants up to a maximum of 200 guests. Hotel will be outlined in the agreement of the Qualifying Event.
b) One (1) complimentary Cocktail or Mocktail on arrival per attendee provided by the Hotel in a space chosen at the discretion of the Hotel for the total number of meeting participants up to a maximum of 200 guests. Cocktail or Mocktail flavour will be offered at the discretion of Hotel and will be outlined in the agreement of the Qualifying Event.
c) One (1) complimentary Juice Shot on arrival per attendee provided by the Hotel in a space chosen at the discretion of the Hotel for the total number of meeting participants up to a maximum of 200 guests. Juice Shot flavour will be offered at the discretion of Hotel and will be outlined in the agreement of the Qualifying Event.
