Almare’s Exclusive Maritime Transfer.
Subject to weather conditions, is not a private service and is operated by hotel’s crew.
Maritime Transfer
- Ground Transportation from airport to Marina - You will be transferred from the Airport to the Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina at Puerto Cancun, a 30 minute car ride from Cancun International Airport.
- Pre Check in at the Marina – upon arrival to the marina our welcome team will escort you to either the vessel or a designated area where they can relish refreshments, pre check-in to their stay in anticipation of the upcoming voyage. Once aboard the vessel, a delightful 20-minute journey unfolds, serenaded by the soothing sounds of the ocean.
- Arrival to property dock – As the embarkation glides into the dock, you will be welcomed with a warm “Ma'alob k'iin”. Welcome to paradise in Mayan.
In case weather conditions restrict navigation to vessels in general. Except Ferry
- Ground Transportation from airport to “Xailing Marina” – You will be transferred from the Airport to the Xailing Marina located north of Cancun Hotel Zone, a 30 minute car ride from Cancun International Airport.
- Arrival at the “Xailing Marina” – upon arrival to the marina our concierge team will guide you to the next departing ferry boat with the ferry tickets so you can simply board and enjoy the adventure as they begin to connect with the authenticy of the Island, this 25 minute ride will take you to the main ferry terminal in Isla Mujeres.
- Arrival to Isla Mujeres Main Ferry – As the ferry arrives to the Island, our concierge will be awaiting for you and assist you with a cab that will take you to the resort. This cab ride is maximum 10 minutes directly to the motor lobby.
In case weather conditions restrict navigation to vessels in general. Except Ferry and that the guest arrival be after 7pm or outside the ”Xailing Ferry” hours of operation.
- Ground Transportation from airport to “Ultra Mar Marina” – You will be transferred from the Airport to the “Ultra Mar Marina” located at Puerto Juarez in Cancun, a 30 minute car ride from Cancun International Airport.
- Arrival at the “Ultra Mar Marina” – upon arrival to the marina our concierge team will guide you to the next departing ferry boat with the ferry tickets so you can simply board and enjoy the adventure as they begin to connect with the authenticy of the Island, this 25 minute ride will take you to the main ferry terminal in Isla Mujeres.
- Arrival to Isla Mujeres Main Ferry – As the ferry arrives to the Island, our concierge will be awaiting for you and assist you with a cab that will take you to the resort. This cab ride is maximum 10 minutes directly to the motor lobby.
