The circular Pool Bar offers a tempting menu of food and beverages under the shade of a thatched roof only steps away from the beach. Signature beverages include Golden Storm, Vana Belle’s very own Luxury Collection cocktail designed by the celebrated mixologist Greg Seider. Additional bar options include Mekhong Rum and other local Thai rums, together of course with famous international spirit brands, fresh juices and soft drinks. Equally flavorful, our bar menu includes Thai classics such as khaopPhad—Thai fried rice—and chicken or pork satay. A children's menu presents tried-and-true favorites, like fish-n-chips and spaghetti bolognese.

Food from the south has many influences, with Chinese, Malaysian and Indian recipes and ingredients added to the essential Thai style. Fresh fish and shellfish, usually locally caught, rice noodles, coconut juice, sun-dried ingredients, rich curries, spicy dips, all go to make a hearty Southern Thai meal. Our chefs prepare their own recipes, using the finest local ingredients. Panali welcomes guests with the seductive touch of the soft sand, the sound of the ocean waves, the breeze sighing in the coconut trees. Under the blue sky of daytime or the star-spangled sky at night, select from the menu of authentic recipes and choose the perfect beverage to accompany your meal. Our youngest guests will also find much to enjoy, with their own children’s menu.
