Taking its name from the Korean word for wood, Namu combines the basic life elements to create a new culinary world. Step through the dramatic entrance, featuring an enchanting vertical garden, and discover a dramatic ceiling spiraling downward, flanked by green glass rods representing bamboo. Subdued lighting and a magical aquatic feature infuse an alluring vibe into the intimate setting. Or opt to dine outdoors, directly on the beach. Either stunning location perfectly sets the scene for the inventive Japanese cuisine.

Bold and decisive, bright dishes are presented with a daring blend of design and aesthetic. From Shiromi Carpaccio served with inspired Southeast Asian dressing to Brandy Flambé Wagyu, each dish is given an unexpected twist. Sashimi is served as you like it—or with one of the innovative special dressings from the chef. The tempting teppan grill is also always ablaze with a symphony of sauces, like Jalapeno dressing and Chilli bean sauce, which flawlessly garnish a Maine lobster, perfectly served with Udon. From crispy Wagyu Gyoza dipping with teriyaki black truffle sauce to Thai Spider Maki stuffed with softshell crab tempura, hinting you the test of Thai famous dish Tom-yum and Pad-Krapao in the first bite by chef’s special creamy chilli and basil sauce, the epicurean inventions abound. In keeping with the traditional Asian concept of dining, a shared table concept that celebrates the compatible textures and flavors is encouraged.

And don’t forget to indulge in dessert. Equally original, the sweet options range from yuzu cheese cake, green tea crème brulee to homemade green apple mixed with wasabi sorbet.

Cutting-edge and daring, Namu is a sensual dining experience that constantly re-invents itself.
