- Tap within the 'Location' field and then enter your Destination in the 'Where next? field

What is the cleaning protocol after a pet has stayed in a hotel room?

Our pet fee is used to cover the additional and necessary cleaning that occurs when pets have stayed at our hotels. After a guest has stayed in one of our hotel rooms with a pet, there are enhanced cleaning protocols used to make that same room ready for another guest, which contributes to the pet policy fee. The fee may vary based on a specific hotel location and brand. Guests can now see the specific pet policy/fee when booking a hotel at Marriott.com or on the Bonvoy mobile app, when searching for a room.
