Family Traditions at St. Regis provides an experience beyond expectation. With captivating activities and thoughtful, welcoming attention tailored for younger guests and their families, each St. Regis celebrates the art of play and being together.
Butler Service
Upon arrival, allow a St. Regis Butler to arrange coffee or tea service in your room. And if you wish, a St. Regis Butler will arrive after your morning wake-up call to draw your shades, deliver your coffee or tea as well as the day’s newspaper and weather forecast.
Allow a St. Regis Butler to take care of the unpacking and storage of your luggage—so that you can simply relax and enjoy. Similarly, before you depart, simply contact the Butler Service Desk to dispatch a butler to assist with gathering and folding your garments to prepare your luggage for the journey home.
Once unpacked, simply let your St. Regis Butler know which garments require pressing and they will be pleased to assist, returning the garments to your wardrobe promptly. This gracious service includes pressing of two garments per person, per day.
For all other wishes or requests, St. Regis Butler Service is pleased to assist.
During your stay, whether you are inside or outside the hotel, St. Regis Butler Service is accessible at any hour via email. Simply send your request and allow the Butler Service Desk to assist.
Other Services
Open to children of all ages, the Outdoor Swimming Pool makes an ideal setting for families to spend time together. Pool attendants are happy to provide pool towels anytime, as well as fresh fruit skewers and cool towels in the afternoon.
We recommend VIU and Jojo, both of which offer a more casual setting, or Private Dining to be enjoyed in the comfort of your room. Menus that appeal to all ages are available at any of these dining options.
Our Concierge team maintains a list of babysitters who are able to care for your children in the convenience of your guest room. Please contact us for assistance with reserving nanny and/or babysitting services prior to your stay. If needed during your stay at the hotel, the concierge will be pleased to assist.

Hotel Policies
Age Requirement Policy
All guests of the hotel must be 18 years of age and above. Alternatively, guests below the age of 18 should be accompanied by adults. The hotel respectfully reserves the right to check identification.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel is pleased to offer connecting room for your convenience. Please make your request as early as possible, to ensure availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer extra beds upon request for an additional fee. Complimentary cribs are available.
Family Plan Policy
Children age 12 and under sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways and child rollaways may incur extra charges. Child breakfast charge applies for children from 3 to 12 years of age. Adult breakfast charge applies for children 13 years of age and above.
Room Policy
The exact layout, furnishings and view from the guestroom may vary depending on the room or suite assigned upon check-in. It is our pleasure to accommodate any specific requests, subject to availability.
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to guarantee early arrival. To guarantee a room for early arrival before 3 pm, we request that guests provide one night’s room charge. Please make your request as early as possible, to ensure availability.
Early Departure Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early departures upon request. At this time, guests may change their departure date without a penalty if their rate-plan permits.
ID Requirement
Valid photo identification is required at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late check-outs upon request. In the case of a late check-out before 6 pm, an additional half-day rate will apply. For check-outs after 6 pm, a full-day rate will apply.
Alcohol Policy
We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 20 years old (with valid identification).
No Durian Policy
Please note that durian fruit is not allowed in any hotel area. A fee of THB 8,000 will be assessed if in possession of a durian.
Package Handling Policy
We are happy to accept packages for arriving guests with a secured reservation- otherwise, packages cannot be accepted. Please note that for security purposes, contents must be checked and declared.
Pet Policy
While we greatly appreciate our guests’ four-legged companions, the hotel does not accept pets at this time.
Pool Policy
The hotel is pleased to extend the use of our pool exclusively to resort guests. Visitors are not permitted in the pool area. Also, children of age 16 and under are not permitted to use the fitness/spa facilities.
No diving and jumping is allowed. There is a pool attendant but the hotel does not provide lifeguards.
Visa/Passport Policy
We request that all non-local residents present passports and immigration entry cards upon arrival, according to Thai immigration laws.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in all our guest rooms and suites.
Please note that as per Thai law, smoking is not permitted in restaurants, bars, meeting rooms, or public areas of the hotel.
A cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Check Policy
We regret that checks are not accepted as a method of payment. However, we are pleased to accept cashier’s checks. Check cashing service is only available for traveler's checks. Valid identification is required. Other conditions may apply.
Gift Certification Policy
We are pleased to accept gift certificates and will do our best to accommodate guests’ requested dates for redemption. However, requested dates will be subject to availability at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate.
Payment Policy
We are pleased to accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers as forms of payment.
