Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late check-outs upon request. In the case of a late check-out before 6 pm, an additional half-day rate will apply. For check-outs after 6 pm, a full-day rate will apply.

No Durian Policy
Please note that durian fruit is not allowed in any hotel area. A fee of THB 8,000 will be assessed if in possession of a durian.

We are happy to accept packages for arriving guests with a secured reservation- otherwise, packages cannot be accepted. Please note that for security purposes, contents must be checked and declared.
While we greatly appreciate our guests’ four-legged companions, the hotel does not accept pets at this time.
The hotel is pleased to extend the use of our pool exclusively to resort guests. Visitors are not permitted in the pool area. Also, children of age 16 and under are not permitted to use the fitness/spa facilities.
No diving and jumping is allowed. There is a pool attendant but the hotel does not provide lifeguards.
We request that all non-local residents present passports and immigration entry cards upon arrival, according to Thai immigration laws.
Smoking is not permitted in all our guest rooms and suites.
