Please notify our Spa reservation team 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full value of the service. If, within 24 hours of your appointment, you need to reschedule, there will be an additional $50 fee. Cancellations of packages require 24-hour notice.

Guests must be past the 1st trimester to receive any body work, which includes: massages, scrubs and wraps. Hydrafacial and Biotec Facials are not recommended for those who are pregnant and/or breastfeeding.
 

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to use the steam room, sauna and locker rooms.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to receive body treatments and massages.
Guests 15 years of age and younger may receive manicures, pedicures, makeover, and hair styling and cutting services.
Guests 16 - 17 years of age may receive facials, select waxing services, manicures, pedicures, makeover and hair styling and cutting services.
