The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desk.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Face coverings are required in all public areas

Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants.

Room Amenities.

Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. 

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, masks required at all times.
Lounges: Open from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., masks required at all times.
Pool and Spa: Open from 8:00 a.m to 9:00 pm Appointment required.

Restaurant The Market: Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (Including outdoor seating at terrace of Circo Restaurant).
Restaurant Circo Terraza Zona G: Open for dinner ( Thursday, Friday and Saturday ) from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Lobby Bar Lounge: Open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Room Service: 24-hours.

Please note that various countries are requiring negative COVID-19 test results for passengers to re-enter to their country of origin or final destination. For those travelers who are required by government regulations or would like to take a COVID-19 test before returning home, JW Marriott Bogota is able to connect you with a series of hospitals and laboratories that offer the required testing and we are happy to assist you in booking an appointment.

As requirements can vary as to time needed for test prior to re-entry and/or specific test types, we recommend guests review the requirements of their country of origin or final destination. The safety and wellbeing of our guests and our associates are of paramount importance to us and our staff is ready and available to assist you. Please note that the price of COVID-19 test and the time it takes for the results to be delivered are subject to the terms and conditions of each laboratory.
