In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:
- Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including lobby, restrooms and elevators and have provided more hand sanitizing stations.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. All vendors and employees entering the building undergo a temperature check. Guests are advised to wear personal face coverings.
- Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with recommended disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
- Room Amenities: Amenities like dental kit, Shaving kit, Shower cap etc. are made available only on request as a precautionary measure. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
The rooms are thoroughly cleaned and every touch point sanitized using the recommended chemicals suggested by our hygiene partner Diversey before being released for the next guest. Currently we clean occupied rooms only once in three days for the psychological comfort of our guests and safety of our own associates. However, if you wish, we can have your room cleaned every day, provided the guest is not in the room or agrees to step out of the room when the cleaning process is on.
