Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, lobbies, restaurants and bars, spa, fitness center as well as providing more hand sanitizing stations.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. All vendors and employees entering the building are getting temperature checks.
Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
Housekeeping Services: Guest rooms are cleaned and disinfected between each stay. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. Associates must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing disinfecting, laundry, and engineering activities.
Room Amenities: High-touch items such as magazines, books, and flyers are reduced or removed. Items including handles, knobs, pulls, electronic and temperature controls are cleaned and sanitized strictly. Proper chemicals are used on every furniture, fixtures, and surfaces of guest rooms. Additional amenities can be requested through mobile chat and mobile requests via Marriott Bonvoy™ app, with contactless delivery.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
