Fitness Center & Spa: Guests are required to make appointments in advance with staggered arrival times. Longer appointment lengths are required to allow for deeper cleaning between use. Equipment, treatment rooms, and lounge areas are sanitized between use. High-touch surfaces are cleaned hourly. Hand washing and hand sanitizer stations are placed in common areas. Floor plans are modified to ensure safe space between equipment, furniture. Rental gear, hairdryers, beverage vending, etc. are disinfected between guest's use, or replaced with single-use alternatives. Lockers and keys are sanitized between guest's use. Lockers are staggered to increase physical distancing.
Kids Club / Playground: Operation hours are modified to allow for the disinfection of toys, surfaces, and equipment between guest's use.
