Planning Services
Our on-site event planners are on-hand to assist you with every detail. When you use our Marriott Meeting Services App, you have direct access to our staff and never have to track down someone or find a house phone. Simply type your request and text your needs to our event operations team—it's that simple.

Prices & Service Charges
All menu items and prices are subject to change without notice until written guarantee is confirmed. Food, beverage, room rental and audiovisual equipment are subject to 25% taxable service fee and 8.25% state sales tax.
Payment
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due with a signed contract to confirm your event. Half of the full estimated balance is due 60 days prior to the event, with the final balance due seven (7) business days before the event.
Guarantee
A minimum guarantee of attendance is required at least three business days prior to your event and not subject to reduction. Within three business days of the event, you may increase your guarantee up to 10%. If the guarantee is not provided three business days prior to the event, the expected number reflected on the sales agreement will be considered
Damages for cancellations
Penalties for cancellations are described in your catering contract and/or banquet event orders.
Food & Beverage
All food and beverage served in event space is to be provided by the hotel. No food or beverage may be removed from the event. The hotel's alcohol beverage license prohibits any alcohol to be brought in to the banquet rooms or public areas by any client or guest. A minimum of 35 guests are required for dinner buffets.
Event Space
Event space is subject to availability and not guaranteed until a signed contract and a deposit is received. Event space is reserved based upon your expected attendance. The hotel reserves the right to reassign space if the attendance decreases or increases numbers of attendees.
Seating
Banquet seating will be at rounds of ten guests. Room diagrams are available upon request.
Linen
The Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center offers white, black, navy, and chocolate linens as a standard color. Specialty linens are available at an additional charge.
Decorations
The Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center offers assistance with arranging décor and centerpieces through preferred vendors.
Audio Visual
The Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center maintains an in-house audiovisual department, provides exceptional audiovisual equipment and services at competitive prices, and is the only provider that can rig equipment or items from the ceiling, with no exception.
Security
The Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center does not assume responsibility for any items left unattended in any banquet space by guests or vendors. The hotel will contract police officers for events requiring security.
Guest Rooms
Special rates for guest rooms are released prior to the event, per the cut-off date in your agreement.
