By tracking meal-by-meal waste and generating daily reports, we identify trends and calculate costs. This initiative has helped us reduce food waste by 10% year-over-year, driving greater sustainability and operational efficiency.

Waste-Free Dining
On-Site Bottling Plant
Utilizing our own bottling plant and Ecosense’s advanced filtration system, we offer guests clean, sustainable water in reusable glass bottles. This initiative eliminates over 360,000 plastic bottles annually and significantly reduces carbon emissions by producing water locally.
Purified Drinking Water Taps
Our hotel apartments feature a four-stage filtration system for purified drinking water directly from the tap, eliminating plastic bottles. While at &More by Sheraton, guests can refill their bottles with chilled still and sparkling water from a Topia Water dispenser. Together, these initiatives are helping us reduce plastic waste by 4,000 one-litre bottles monthly or 48,000 annually.
Sustainable Room Amenities
Our rooms feature refillable dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, reducing plastic waste. We also provide BPI-certified toiletries that meet the highest environmental standards, ensuring guests experience both luxury and eco-conscious comfort during their stay.
Eco-Friendly Laundry Practices
We have eliminated plastic wraps in favour of non-woven and paper bags for laundered items. Linen bags are now used for both guest and associate laundry, supporting our goal of reducing waste. Additionally, our switch to low-temperature laundry chemicals helps cut down on energy and water usage.
Green Meeting
Our Green Meeting initiative focuses on waste reduction, energy conservation and sustainable practices. We offer the flexibility to opt out of items such as notepads, flipcharts and paper cups, as well as utilizing natural light and smart air conditioning. This allows you to host a productive and eco-friendly event while supporting our commitment to sustainability.
Environmental Stewardship In Every Corner
We’re committed to sustainability across rooms, back-of-house and dining. Our energy plan, GRMS for optimized lighting and air conditioning and pre-set thermostats improve efficiency. We use 100% LED lighting, motion sensors, low-flow showerheads and mobile keys to reduce waste. PET plastic is replaced with compostable PLA containers and we track waste and CO2e emissions.
