Step into our JW Garden, where seasonal herbs, salad leaves, and cress are freshly grown and used daily across our kitchens.
We harvest up to 8kg of herbs each day, reducing transport emissions, supporting responsible sourcing, and enriching our menus with flavor and freshness straight from the source.

Through the innovative Winnow system and advanced kitchen ventilation technology, we’ve achieved a 15% reduction in food waste and 50% energy savings
Optimized Temperature Monitoring
As part of our ongoing sustainability initiatives, we have implemented Endocube technology across our walk-in chillers. By recording simulated product temperatures instead of ambient air fluctuations, this system optimizes refrigeration efficiency, minimizes unnecessary compressor cycles, and contributes to significant energy savings.
