Rooms, Grand Deluxe & Suites of Our Tuscan Guest House
Accommodations
A nineteenth-century villa, restored to its original splendour with meticulous care and attention to every detail. The rooms of our Grotta Giusti resort have been totally renovated. Each detail is a narration of Tuscan art, the nature of the park and the history that has been made inside these walls. The harmony of trees and plants is echoed in the wall decorations, paintings, and prints, in the elaborate and splendid shape of the chandeliers and appliqués. The light filtered through the curtains is dappled by the leaves, and the marble in the bathrooms conveys the same feelings as the limestone that is sculpted by water inside the cave.
Suite Giusti
The Giusti Suite
Our new suite is dedicated to Giuseppe Giusti. He was the son of the man who discovered the cave and built the villa. Above all, he was a poet who participated with his verses in the first uprisings of the Risorgimento, before Italy was united. Years later, Grotta Giusti also hosted the icons that are Garibaldi and Verdi, men who did so much to complete the history that the poet had helped to initiate. This splendid suite is large and refined. Its windows overlook the park’s scenery.
Grand Deluxe With Terrace
The magnificent Grand Deluxe room with terrace is filled with light. Located in the center of the main building, it has a terrace overlooking the front of the historic spa villa and grounds. It is adorned with all the style and elegance of Tuscany, inspired by gardens and nature. The tones of the natural fabrics match the color of the wooden parquet. Decorating the walls are frescoes depicting trees, wild herbs and flowers, while the cornices and detailing exude the subtle splendor of antique gilding. Spacious and welcoming with its 38 m2, it extends out onto a terrace looking over the gardens. The warmly colored marble bathroom is like a miniature private spa.
