Rejuvenate in our 10,000 -square-foot day spa featuring 10 treatment rooms, Co-ed relaxation lounge, opulent women’s and men’s locker rooms with wet and dry saunas and aromatherapy showers. Allow our technicians to create a customized experience tailored to your needs. Hydrothermal Circuit

The perfect system for soothing aches and pains, improving circulation, promoting better sleep, and providing faster muscle recovery. The process begins by lowering your body temperature with a cool experiential rain shower, followed by a relaxing visit to the dry sauna. After 10-15 minutes, another cold shower or ice body scrub helps to cool you down – creating a thermal shock – which is a perfect time to rest in the relaxation lounge or enjoy an express spa treatment. After this rest period, begin again with another rain shower followed by relaxing in the steam room for 10-15 minutes. Then proceed to another cool down with a shower or ice body scrub followed by a rest period in the lounge. The circuit comes to a close with a final experience shower.
