Nestled between two historic ficus trees, original to the former site of City Hall, the Glass House blends nature and elegance. Overlooking Newport Lawn, this glass-enclosed space extends your event outdoors, offering a picturesque setting for alfresco receptions, cocktail hours, and intimate gatherings.
Dynamic New Meeting Space
The Boardwalk, a 900 square foot event space just steps from our Boathouse Ballroom, offers a flexible layout for dual breakout sessions or smaller group gatherings. Blending Lido House's signature coastal style with functional design, it's ideal for meetings, retreats, and private events.
Five New Cottages Coming Soon
Tucked behind Lido House along 32nd Street, five new Cottages are on the way, each thoughtfully designed by a different local interior designer to reflect the spirit of Newport Beach. These three-story townhomes will once again feature full kitchens, spacious living areas, and private rooftop terraces. Work on the cottages has already begun, with completion expected mid-2026.
