Meet the Chef behind the food at Bayview Marriott. Executive Sous Chef Jonathan Stanley, a culinary artist who calls Orange County, CA his home and his muse.  His journey into the culinary world started while serving in the US NAVY. Through his travels Chef Jonathan’s curiosity into international cuisines, culinary traditions, and commitment to service – it became clear that his passion for food would continue into the rest of his career journey.  Chef believes that every dish has a story to tell.  Whether it’s crafting an exquisite five course meal or whipping up a cozy Sunday brunch, Chef Jonathan’s culinary expertise and love for Orange County shine through in every dish he serves.
