Meet Our Executive Sous Chef
Chhatra Chand
Chhatra originally from Nepal has worked all over the world from the Middle East to India and the United States. Chhatra has many years of experience working in the Hotel and Cruise Line Industry. Previously Chhatra was the Head Chef for Biryani Kabab Restaurant here in Oakland, California. When Chhatra chooses to cook his favorite meals it’s usually Italian Cuisine.
