Cosmos Suite spans 40 square meters and is the resort's top suite category. Located on the ground floor with spectacular views to the Aegean Sea, the suite offers an open-plan living space, bedroom with the Luxury Collection bed and bathroom with walk-in rain shower. The expansive terrace is endowed with its own private plunge pool, sunbeds and an open-air dining area, providing an idyllic setting for relaxation.

Design

The Aegean Touch

Cosme's design is characterised by the one-of-a-kind ‘Aegean Touch,’ elegantly blending rare elements from around the Mediterranean with bold Cycladic lines. As with traditional houses of Parian sailors, who would bring items back from their travels in Greece and the world, Cosme's interiors have been designed around a curated selection of decorative elements from the region. Furniture is custom-made with classical references, while colours have been carefully curated to give a sense of safety, desire and luxury. Intense warm shades, such as olive green, deep burgundy, red and blue complement the traditional white that is synonymous with the Cycladic islands.

Art at Cosme

The curated art selection at Cosme is a commanding element of the design that can be found throughout the hotel with many different forms. The artwork selection is centered around three different themes; naval tradition, folklife and Mediterranean summer. The leading artist at Cosme is Margarita Myrogianni who through her 12 different pieces spread around the resort, draws inspiration from local fishermen’s nets, sea urchin shapes, nautical ropes and the light of the Cycladic islands. Terpsichore's hand-painted white and blue ceramics are inspired by the Cycladic neolithic figurines and the lethargic sensibility of spending time under the sun. Artworks by ceramicist Dimitris Spiros are inspired by the natural environment and the art history of Greece, while Lydia Chroni of Studio Astrea brings to life the old art of embroidery in the guestrooms of Cosme, in the form of contemporary handcrafted pillows.
