Our hotels follow strict security, cleaning, and hygiene protocols that we want you to know about, so that you feel the confidence that you need now more than ever.
All of our employees will use face masks and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). Accessories, such as door handles, knobs, banisters, and door buttons will be frequently disinfected by our staff. Our housekeeping staff uses protective equipment at all times, such as mask, gloves, etc.
Hand sanitizer will be provided at the entrance and public areas across the hotel and all public areas are frequently cleaned. Upon check-in, all guests will have their temperature checked at the front desk, a COVID-19 survey will also need to be completed at this point. Anti-sneeze bars are being installed at our front desk for the safety of our staff and guests.
All common use accessories such as glasses, mugs, glassware, coffee machines, pens, and minor amenities, have been removed from the rooms; these amenities can be requested with no extra cost at the front desk as needed.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. If you wish to schedule housekeeping refresh service or change the frequency of your room's cleaning, please let our guest services team know, we will be happy to arrange service according to your preferences.
