Our property
Food & Beverage
Committed to sustainability, we take pride in using circular Agri-food, as well as seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. We incorporate increasingly more plant-based dishes to promote a reduction in meat consumption. Collaborating with local organizations to mitigate food waste by means of monitoring, innovation and adoption of new practices within our F&B outlets.
Housekeeping
We exclusively rely on Ecolab cleaning products, which carry various eco-certifications. Waste separation is a standard practice, and we encourage our guests to participate in this effort. Additionally, we have replaced single-use plastic amenities with sustainable alternatives. Many initiatives are enforced behind the scenes by a dedicated team.
MESH (Marriott Environmental Sustainability Hub)
We use the MESH platform to ensure we are on the right track to achieving our sustainability goals. This platform helps us monitor, track, and share our property’s data using SPROUT (Sustainable Practices & Resilient Operations Update Tracker). Data is important in helping us identify whether we are successful in reducing our energy consumption, water usage, and much more.
