Updated travel requirements took effect Jun. 1, 2022. All domestic and international travelers are no longer required to complete the USVI Travel Screening Portal or present an approved green QR code to travel to the USVI. Please refer to CDC.gov to stay up to date on the current international travel requirements for the United States.
All International travelers over the age of 2 who are traveling to the USVI by air must submit a negative antigen (antigen) or NAAT (e.g., RT- PCR) COVID-19 test result and show proof of full vaccination status. Tests must be taken within 24 hours of travel to the USVI.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at the resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a Room Recovery Fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a Room Recovery Fee in the amount of $500 per pet, and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
