In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and stairwells as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. All areas are cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. It is mandatory for guests to wear face masks in all areas of the hotel where social distancing cannot be maintained.
Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
Room Amenities: In-Room Amenities may be reduced, but are available upon request. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
Housekeeping Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. To protect our guests and our employees as best as possible during your stay, entering your room has been reduced to a minimum. Therefore we will provide housekeeping service after every third night. If you wish to receive housekeeping refresh service more frequently, please let our guest services team know a day prior. We will be happy to schedule our service according to your preferences.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
