Marriott Quarter Century Club

The Quarter Century Club (QCC) is a program for Marriott associates and former associates who have provided 25 or more years of dedicated service at Marriott managed properties. The program rewards members with complimentary rooms or villas at participating Marriott managed locations and continued access to Explore by Marriott Bonvoy™ rates.

Privileges

• Quarter Century Club members with a Marriott Bonvoy number may stay at a QCC complimentary rate, based upon projected occupancy and availability (see Room Availability guidelines below), at the following participating brands: 

   -  Managed Marriott International, Inc. properties including All-Inclusive hotels participating in the Explore Program. (The following brands are excluded at this time: Bulgari, Design Hotels, The Luxury Collection, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis). 

   -  Marriott Vacations Worldwide properties participating in the Explore Program. (The following locations are excluded at this time: 47 Park Street Grand Residences by Marriott and Marriott Vacation Club at The Empire Place). 

• Eligible members may enjoy one complimentary visit per property per year, subject to availability, however members may stay at more than one property per year. 

• Eligible members may stay up to three nights at the same property during the same stay. 

• Eligible members are permitted to book one room at the QCC complimentary rate, and, if needed, one additional room at the Explore Associate Rate (active Marriott associate only), the Explore Family Rate or the Explore Friends Rate.

• QCC privileges continue after an associate separates from the Company.

• QCC members have continued access to the Explore Family and Explore Friends rates after retiring or leaving the Company. 

• 30% discount at participating hotel gift shops operated by Marriott.

Any other costs, such as meals, recreational activities, or parking are not discounted and must be paid for by the QCC member, unless the QCC member is eligible for another discount under the Explore program. At all-inclusive hotels only the room portion of the rate is complimentary.

Reservations

Available reservations may be made up to 90 days in advance of the stay.

QCC members must register on the Explore Registration Site to confirm Explore eligibility. If you are not registered, contact the QCC Customer Engagement Center at +1 (800) 826-1882 or SalesServices@marriott.com. Have your QCC and Marriott Bonvoy member numbers ready.

Once you’ve been registered, your Explore eligibility is reflected in your Marriott Bonvoy profile. 

In the Marriott Bonvoy™ App, you should see:

• A digital display badge confirming your connection to Marriott

• A verified special rates section showing the Explore rates you’re eligible to book (MMP, MMF, etc)

After registering, sign in to your Marriott Bonvoy® account at www.Marriott.com or in the Marriott Bonvoy™ App and book using the Explore Rate. Then contact the QCC Customer Engagement Center to ask whether your reservation can be changed to the QCC complimentary rate.

To cancel a reservation, contact the QCC Customer Engagement Center. If you do not cancel unused reservations on time, the hotel may revoke your QCC privileges for the rest of the calendar year.

QCC members booking at All-Inclusive hotels are responsible for accurately identifying the number of guests staying in the room at the time of booking. Any change to the number of guests, or ages of the guests may result in a rate change.

Upon Check-In

Guests booked under the QCC Room Rate must present their QCC Member Card and a valid photo ID at check-in. When staying on an Explore rate, no validation form/card is required, but a valid photo ID may still be needed.

The Quarter Century Club (QCC) is a program available only to qualifying long-service employees and former employees of Marriott who are Marriott Bonvoy members. Additional terms and conditions apply as to eligibility, availability, reservations, cancellations, and other aspects of the QCC program. The QCC program may be enhanced, modified, limited, or terminated in whole or in part without prior notice. Misuse of the QCC program may result in termination of all privileges.
