Riverwalk Room & Verandah
The Riverwalk Room & Verandah is a spectacular multi-leveled space on the lobby level with soaring 20-foot floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the harbor. Four cobalt contemporary chandeliers create dazzling lighting.
Double glass doors lead your guests outside to the verandah. Enclosed by a garden hedge and sheltered by a canopy roof, the verandah offers an exquisite outdoor area with its own iron and glass-top furnishings. Guests will feel the breezes and enjoy the views of the downtown waterfront.

Monticello Ballroom & Foyer
The Monticello Ballroom & Foyer is our intimate, petite ballroom with its own private foyer. Located on the lobby level of the hotel, the Monticello Ballroom is perfect for receptions and dinner dances of up to 150 guests. An elegant barreled ceiling with recessed lighting runs the length of the ballroom and lighted sconces adorn the walls.

International Ballroom & Promenade
The International Ballroom & Promenade is a contemporary setting with elegant, straightforward color tones, scalloped 19’ ceilings, and blond wood. This spacious and versatile ballroom accommodates intimate events of 200 guests, or up to 800 for a seated dinner with dancing.
An open-air, pre-function promenade with living room groupings and a staged baby grand piano welcomes your guests. Our spacious staircase provides a picturesque backdrop for grand arrivals or a closing bouquet toss, and wedding photos.

Merrimac Room
The Merrimac Room is ideal for both receptions and ceremonies. Tiered levels and strategically located columns allow for enhanced ceremonies of up to 125 guests. Two large windows offer natural lighting, one as a possible backdrop framing the vows portion of a ceremony.
