Dining at Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel

Dining

We don’t just serve food; we serve the city. Our menus shift with the seasons, spotlighting local ingredients and global ideas. The variety and quality of our breakfast are a guest favourite and each experience is designed to surprise, from the bold new Specht Bar & Lounge to a bite in the historic Koepelcafé. Visit our rooftop bar in Amsterdam for connection, conversation, and adventure.

Janine seasonal closure
As of July 26th until the end of August, Janine Restaurant will be taking a seasonal pause on Sundays and Mondays. During this period, the restaurant will be closed for both lunch and dinner. Guests are warmly invited to enjoy the Koepelcafé menu and Specht Bar & Lounge on Sundays and Mondays.

Sourced With Purpose

Our kitchen follows the rhythm of the seasons, because good food starts with good choices. We work with local farmers, producers, and artisans to bring you dishes that are fresh, current, and rooted in Amsterdam. From reducing food waste to sourcing responsibly, every meal is made with care for the planet, and for you.
