Wonderful New Hotel
This is a new chic and hip hotel I had initially booked for the element but was upgraded to the Dal Mar which really turned out to be great.
The service and style and design is really something else.

State of the art technology for the hospitality industry.
Rethinking everything experientially.
Aimed at a younger demographic with money. Perfect for a staycation.

Unfriendly staff/room noise
Staff failed to care about elite status...rude when asked questions. Room let in TONS of hallway noise and I’m a deep sleeper. Staff and security were not friendly and elevators are very slow and confusing...believe it or not

Peaceful Luxury Refuge
This is a very nice hotel; modern, chic and comfortable. That being said, it is relaxed and non-presumptuous. The staff is friendly and professional. The food is delicious, moderately priced, and well presented.
Thank you Dal Mar; four stays with you and I look forward to the next!

Trendy hotel that needs to focus on service.
This property has great potential, but is currently falling down on the job. Service is abysmal from the management on down. I asked to speak to the manager and was told “we are busy, they will reach out when they can”. (Have screen shots of the request made via app and staffs reply)
They seem to treat their bar and restaurant customers better than the ones actually staying in the hotel. (Dedicated elevator for sparrow yet masses of guests waiting at prime check in times to get to their rooms- who do they value more?)
The rooms lack basic amenities that even lower level hotels have available - wine opener, wine glasses, luggage racks (or anywhere to actually put a suitcase!), working balcony doors locks, etc. (shoddy construction for a new hotel- not being able to lock the balcony door could be a major safety issue if children were present)
Current staff don’t appear to care about guests.
Do not recommend this hotel.
