Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from One of the best hotels One of the best hotels out there..... Rahaf the guest relations specialist is professional, knowledgeable, and sweet. The hotel as a whole is perfect and clean. I had the pleasure of meeting Yusuf who was really helpful and a good guy in general. I highly recommend this hotel and I won’t stay anywhere else in Madinah but here. Thank you all for making it a pleasant experience.

The teams were friendly especially yosef and abdulrahman front office supervisor, and excited about everything. Truly a great experience. The room was clean and cushie. The overhead shower had great pressure and was sparkly clean. The restaurant had a very friendly team, (Tamimol ansary) that chatted with me and were so friendly. Check in team always had a smile and were quick to take care of you. Great suggestions and really lovely coffee. Baggage storage team was funny and friendly. The in room dining was spectacular. Claire, from in room dining went above and beyond to ensure it was all perfect.
