Rated 5 out of 5 by Roger from Best hotel in Roanoake Location of the Fairfield Inn was perfect, near the interstate. Every accommodation was spot on - friendly welcome, cheerful staff - a great bed and superb bathroom and shower. Highly recommend Fairfield Inn whenever/wherever you travel.

Rated 3 out of 5 by BobG from Hit or miss The hotel is up to date, the counter staff could use some customer service training or attitude adjustments. We left an item in the counter at check out and they wouldn’t find a way to get it to me. Unfortunately this isn’t the typical experience I have with the Marriott brand. As for staying here it is convenient to downtown Salem and rooms were comfortable. As for customer service I would probably chose somewhere else my next time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Satisfied from Comfy stay We traveled 14 hours and found stay very comfortable. We were relieved we made reservations early because it was move in weekend for the local college. Breakfast was excellent compared to other hotels.
