In the vibrant heart of the Gran Vía, this building that has been a witness to the pulse of Madrid since 1924. It was born as a meeting point of restless minds, entrepreneurs, thinkers, visionaries who dreamed of a modern and cosmopolitan city when the city was reinvented. In 2017, the building was carefully restored and adapted to become a boutique hotel for adults only, integrating contemporary design elements without losing the historical essence of its walls, that still retain that classic and stately air typical of the Gran Vía’s heyday: Elegant proportions and details reminiscent of the cosmopolitan Madrid of the 1920s, when the capital was transformed into a great European metropolis.
