Signature Bloody Mary Cocktail

The Straits Mary

Perfected by famed barman Petiot Fernand in 1934 at The St. Regis New York’s King Cole Bar, this signature tipple remains the brand’s signature cocktail. Our local twist, The Straits Mary is a smoky deconstructed riff featuring bak kwa-infused whisky, chilli padi, and a medley of spices.

Exclusive Experience

Zero-waste Bloody Mary Cocktail Masterclass

Step into the world of sustainable mixology with an interactive cocktail masterclass dedicated to full ingredient utilisation. This engaging experience brings the zero waste philosophy to life through a series of hands on activities and practical techniques that guests can easily adopt at home. The journey begins with a tasting of the legendary Red Snapper Bloody Mary, first perfected in 1934 at The St. Regis New York’s King Cole Bar by famed bartender Fernand Petiot. Building on this heritage, guests will then learn how to create their own DIY zero waste Bloody Mary—discovering how every part of a tomato, can be transformed into a flavourful cocktail component; and how kitchen scraps can be repurposed into delicious garnishes and infusions. The masterclass concludes with tastings of two signature cocktail creations; The Straits Mary, our local interpretation of the Bloody Mary, and Singa Supper Club, another sustainably prepared cocktail that showcases inventive ingredient reuse.
