Blending fresh spring ingredients with traditional Czech flavors, our Easter Lunch Menu celebrates the arrival of spring in Prague. Guests can enjoy seasonal dishes such as rabbit rillettes with sweet bread chips, a fresh nettle salad with wild garlic, or eggs with herb sauce and sourdough crumble. For the main course, the menu features festive specialties including lamb knee with potato purée, rabbit with bacon and nettle stuffing, pike perch with creamy spinach and corn polenta, as well as wild garlic risotto. Guests can also choose lighter options such as fresh sliced fruit or a green leaf salad with homemade dressing, offering a fresh taste of the Prague spring season.
