Our sophisticated rooms and suites all feature new-generation Heavenly® Beds, which features a plush top mattress, a cozy oversized duvet, an innovative silver weave to keep you cool and comfortable, and cotton and lyocell blend linens. These spacious rooms and suites range from 42 to 210 square meters, with floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful views of Yokohama, whether you face the bay or Mount Fuji. Each room features refined finishing touches, such as entrance lighting reminiscent of sunlight penetrating through forest leaves, walls enhanced with Japanese washi paper and intuitive layouts that are as beautiful as they are functional. All guest rooms have rain showers, bathtubs, and our Westin Signature Heavenly® Bath White Tea amenities.

Notice of Operational Change
Daily admission to the indoor pool is JPY 3300 for adults and JPY 1650 for 4-11-year-olds. The Westin Club is limited to guests below age 12 only during evening cocktail hours.

Check-in at The Westin Yokohama is on the 23rd floor, with views across Yokohama, the Kanagawa mountains and Mount Fuji. The bright and spacious check-in area features multiple desks and a separate check-in for Marriott Bonvoy members, to ensure a speedier check-in for all guests. Its green plant wall, chandeliers inspired by forest bathing and natural light exemplify the hotel’s biophilia theme. Guests staying in club rooms and suites have exclusive access to the Westin Club Lounge, a 353-square-meter living room lounge that offers breakfast, snacks and cocktails.

    Our spectacular Presidential Suite, located high over the city on the 22nd floor, covers more than 204 square meters, giving you the penthouse experience in Yokohama. This exclusive accommodation is contemporary and sophisticated, offering the quintessential Westin Heavenly® Stay, complete with a king-size Heavenly® bed. The suite features a living area, dining area, kitchen, study room, bedroom, and marble-fitted bathroom.       Exclusive Services

      Our Club Lounge is exclusive to guests in suites and club rooms. Benefits include Club Lounge check-in, relaxed seating, two hours of boardroom use, and breakfast, snacks, cocktails, etc at designated hours. Guests without Club Lounge access may purchase it for JPY 5,000 for breakfast, JPY 3,000 for coffee, tea, and snacks, JPY 7,500 for cocktails, cordials, and desserts, and JPY 14,000 for all-day access.

      Food and Drinks

      The Club Lounge is open to club floor guests from 6:30 to 22:00. The Club Lounge serves a nutritious breakfast from 6:45 to 11:00 and self-serve snacks and drinks from 11:00 to 17:00. There are two cocktail sittings, from 17:00 to 18:30 and 19:30 to 21:00, when guests can enjoy alcoholic beverages. Please note that children under 12 are not permitted in the Club Lounge from 17:00 onwards.

      The Club Lounge is a comfortable workspace with ample plug points, seating, and refreshments. Guests with Club Lounge access can also book up to two hours in the adjoining boardroom if they require a more formal workspace. After two hours, a fee of JPY 5,000 per hour will be applied for guests with Club Lounge access. An unlimited-time fee of JPY 14,000 is available for guests who are not staying at the hotel.
