Universe

The Universe is our largest meeting room and features 420sm/4500sf of meeting space. This conference hall is the most spacious of the hotel and can accommodate up to 380 guests for dinner and 550 people in reception setting. If desired, the Universe can be subdivided into 3 separate rooms and extended to include two additional breakout rooms.

Neptune

The Neptune is one of our connecting meeting rooms on the ground floor of the Sheraton hotel and is ideal for medium-sized gatherings, meetings or break-out sessions. It is equipped with all modern conveniences and can be arranged in various configurations. The Neptune can, like the Saturn and Jupiter meeting rooms, accommodate up to 60 guests in theatre style, 36 guests in classroom style, 30 guests in cabaret style and 28 delegates in U-shape or boardroom set-up.

The Saturn is one of our connecting meeting rooms on the ground floor of the Sheraton hotel and is ideal for medium-sized gatherings, meetings or break-out sessions. It is equipped with all modern conveniences and can be arranged in various configurations. The Saturn can, like the Neptune and Jupiter meeting rooms, accommodate up to 60 guests in theatre style, 36 guests in classroom style, 30 guests in cabaret style and 28 delegates in U-shape or boardroom set-up.

The Jupiter is one of our connecting meeting rooms on the ground floor of the Sheraton hotel and is ideal for medium-sized gatherings, meetings or break-out sessions. It is equipped with all modern conveniences and can be arranged in various configurations. The Jupiter can, like the Neptune and Saturn meeting rooms, accommodate up to 60 guests in theatre style, 36 guests in classroom style, 30 guests in cabaret style and 28 delegates in U-shape or boardroom set-up.

Board Rooms – High Floor

Located on the hotel’s second floor, these five boardrooms have daylight, overlooking the airport's terminals. All boardrooms are fully equipped with ergonomic chairs, whiteboards and offer break-out rooms on the same level as your meeting. Boardrooms 'Frankfurt, Brussels, London and Paris' can accommodate up to 10 meeting guests. The smaller Luxemburg boardroom can host up to 4 attendees.

Mercury

Board Rooms – Low Floor

The Sheraton hotel features several bigger boardrooms & a few mid-size boardrooms on the ground floor. The Pluto and Venus boardrooms can host up to 14 delegates, the Mercury boardroom can accommodate up to 12 guests with daylight. For more intimate meetings we offer the Mars (6 persons, daylight), Orion (6 persons), Meteor (6 persons, no daylight), Galaxy (6 persons), Sirius (4 persons) & the Comet (4 persons)

Solar

Solar Boardroom

The Solar Boardroom is our biggest event space in boardroom set-up. We can host up to 20 delegates in this boardroom that is situated on the hotel's Atrium level. The Solar is equipped with all modern conveniences and is conveniently situated next to The Gate Restaurant & Bar.

Lunar

Lunar

The Lunar is one of our medium-sized meeting rooms next to the hotel's Atrium and is ideal for medium-sized gatherings, private dinners or break-out sessions. It is equipped with all modern conveniences and can be arranged in various configurations. The Lunar can accommodate up to 60 guests in reception set-up, 40 guests in diner setting, 16 guests in U-shape and 14 in a boardroom set-up.
