In 2023, he was awarded 'Entrepreneur of the Year' by Gault&Millau. Bart has a massive appetite for discovery and travel. He is constantly exploring to develop his culinary projects and creations further. With nature on top of his mind, he playfully experiments with the ever-changing seasons. Bart’s cuisine is marked by balance, simplicity and pureness. In Sapphire House Antwerp, Chef De Pooter is managing all the f&b outlets: from breakfast to lunch and dinner. Taking vegan cuisine to unseen hights, as our gastronomic restaurant WILDn has been awarded with the green Michelin star only 4 months after opening.
