Enhanced Public Space Cleaning.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
In-room coffee makers are available for your comfort and all items are sealed.
Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request and our TV remote control units are disinfected and sealed in a plastic bag.
Housekeeping Cleaning Service: To respond to our already high standards around health and cleanliness, we have taken extra precautions to clean and sanitize your room before your arrival. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you prefer not to get housekeeping services, please contact us by responding to this email, send us a message via the Marriott Bonvoy App or meet us at check-in.
