The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing and face mask usage.
  • Occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants and bar in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • Partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. Our address utilizes EPA approved cleaning products and protocols that kill the spread of COVID-19. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic and high touch.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Our hosts will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all indoor public areas and strongly recommended in outdoor public areas. Cloth face coverings can be purchased in our Boutique and disposable face coverings are available complimentary upon request.
  • Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Daily Housekeeping Service. Our housekeeping hosts will only perform service when guests are not present in the room. All efforts are made to allow guest rooms to be left unoccupied 24-48 hours before cleaning and placing for use.
  • Modified Room Amenities. In-room coffee makers have been removed but can be requested through Butler Services or coffee service is available through Private Dining. Disinfectant wipes are available in each room upon guest's arrival. Honor Bar items have been removed and service is available upon request only. Additional amenities are available upon guest's request to include glassware, magazines, stationery, etc.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our address available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Pascal's Salon | Open, modified hours (reservations required)

Our address uses EPA approved cleaning products and protocols that kill the spread of COVID-19. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing in all areas with an emphasis on high-traffic and high-touch spaces. Tables, chairs and service equipment are sanitized after each use and venues will utilize single-serve condiments and single-use paper menus. Face coverings are required for all hotel hosts and guests are required to have personal face coverings upon arrival and being seated.
