The Ballroom

Soaring windows wash the space in natural light, highlighting the room’s ornate details, ranging from the handcrafted ceilings to the bespoke hand-tufted carpet to a crystal chandelier in the shape of a desert flower. Boasting a flexible arrangement, due to its high ceilings and pillarless construction, the ballroom can accommodate over 600 guests for seated banquets and up to 1,000 for receptions. Further, a private entrance and valet parking ensure exclusive attention while a spacious reception area sets the scene for the big event. Moreover, a private groom's majlis and bride’s suite allow the celebrated couple to relax and prepare for the upcoming ceremony.

The Cuisine

Our bespoke wedding menus are prepared by a team of chefs ready to cater to every palate and adapt the offerings to Arabic, Hindi, or Western weddings, with an expert chef in the chosen cuisine planning the customized menu. Prepared by an Arabic chef, Arabic weddings are served in traditional family style, with menus comprising an array of appetizers, salads, as well as cold and hot mezzeh—along with main courses and desserts. Hindi weddings, prepared by an Indian chef, present a tempting array of Hindi cuisine while Western-style receptions are available as either buffets or plated menus, courtesy of an experienced Western chef.

Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
