  • The ‘Al Hosn' app will be limited to proof of vaccination and test result inside and outside the country upon request.

As part of Marriott's "Commitment to Clean" protocol, we at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort are delighted to inform you about several enhancements to our cleaning practices.

  • Public Spaces: The frequency of cleaning and disinfection has been enhanced, including consistently cleaning of high traffic areas including restrooms and elevators.
  • Minibar items are removed and are available only upon request.
  • Collaterals such as magazines and books have been removed from the rooms and public areas.
  • Remote controls, coffee machines & kettles are sanitized for your safety. Contactless coffee & tea delivery is available through our Butler Service.
  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Iridium Spa: Advance reservations are recommended.
  • Sandcastle Club: 9.00AM - 6:00PM. Please note that at the moment Sandcastle will be accommodating In-house Guests and Athletic Club/Beach & Pool Members.

We are delighted to share with you that most of our restaurants and bars are open. For the latest opening timings, please visit our hotel website. For your convenience, digital menus are available in all restaurants. In addition, we encourage you to use contactless payments methods. Food delivery will be available to our rooms and suites through our in room dining service. A contactless delivery to your room is possible upon request.
