The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

Follow signage posted throughout our hotel to maintain social distancing. Enjoy contactless check-in and check-out at Courtyard Birmingham Hoover, as well as complimentary face coverings provided upon arrival and throughout your stay.

We're upholding enhanced cleanliness procedures and offering complimentary disinfecting wipes in all guest rooms at Courtyard Birmingham Hoover. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the property for your convenience. We provide scheduled housekeeping services every 5th day for extended stay guests. Next day housekeeping is also available on request. Fresh linen delivery and trash removal are available anytime during your stay.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences.

Thanks to our enhanced cleanliness measures, you can still enjoy access to our pool, open daily from 10am to 10pm, and 24-hour fitness center during your stay. Our guest laundry facilities are also open 24/7. Disinfecting wipes are provided in all facilities throughout the hotel.

Enjoy a grab-and-go breakfast from 7am to 9am daily at the Bistro, serving limited food offerings and Starbucks® coffee.
