Natural links course. Rolling hills and many water features, including the meandering Hay Creek and 3 lakes, highlight this particular course. In fact, water comes into play on 5 holes, but these aren't your typical water hazards.

The rolling hills that make up the topography of the area lead to some fairly dramatic elevation changes though out the course, offering golfers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding city of Bismarck.

Giant cottonwood trees line every hole from tee to green, providing the golfer with a much more challenging course than meets the eye.

The wind whips the flags – the views are stunning, somehow miraculous, and all that water? Who would have expected water to be a factor on eleven of the 18 spectacular holes? Better be prepared to soar when you’re playing against the Hawk.
