Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

As we welcome you back to our hotels around the world, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols for working to defeat COVID-19. Consisting of in-house and outside experts in food and water safety, hygiene and infection prevention, and hotel operations, our Marriott Cleanliness Council is redefining our cleaning and safety standards. We will actively monitor and evolve our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates.

In addition to all these, you can maintain your social distance in our hotel, which is planned and located on an area of ​​83.000 square meters to meet all your expectations.

Necessary precautions regarding social distance are taken, all markings are made and more guests than the capacity in accordance with the plan are not accepted. Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols:

  • We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency, dedicated staff, and recommended cleaning agents.
  • Hand sanitizing stations are installed at hotel entrances, at our front desks and other resort outlets.
  • Coronavirus Training for All Personnel
  • Periodic Open Area Disinfection
  • Periodic Indoor Disinfection

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing. We will be adding partitions at our Food & Beverage outlets to provide an extra level of precaution for our guests and our associates.
