Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

  • We offer a contactless check-in experience through our mobile app.
  • Signage in all public areas remind our guests to maintain social distancing.
  • QR codes containing information on the hotel services and facilities including in-room dining menus are placed in all rooms.
  • Enjoy a safe and contactless dining experience at our restaurants, with QR codes to view menus and make payments digitally.
  • Our meeting spaces adhere strictly to social distancing norms with renewed seating arrangements and sanitizers on all tables.
  • Upon entering the hotel, we ensure guests have downloaded the Aarogya Setu App and are screened through thermal scanning.
  • Hand sanitizing stations are available to guests throughout public areas of the hotel.
  • All areas are sanitized and cleaned regularly.
  • Our rooms are cleaned and sanitized before every check-in. We use clinically approved surface cleaning equipment and chemicals in association with our recommended partners.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every guest.
  • All our associates follow the safety and sanitization protocols which include thermal screening, regular hand washing and social distancing norms

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
