In our response to the outbreak of COVID-19, we have taken strict measures for the health and safety of our guests. Wearing face masks is mandatory in the public areas and signage placed throughout the property remind our guests to maintain social distancing. We have also updated the seating layout in our restaurants and banquets in compliance with the state-mandated guidelines.
Guests can use the Bonvoy mobile app for Mobile Check-in, service requests, and placing In-Room-Dinning orders. The menus within the rooms and outlets have been digitized and can be accessed by scanning the QR codes.
We have also put in place mandatory temperature checks for guests upon arrival. Our associates also undergo mandatory temperature checks multiple times during the day.
Valet service is currently unavailable and guests are advised to self-park.
