General Spa Policies

The Relâche Spa holds a firm 24-hour change and cancellation policy. There will be a 50% service charge for any changes, rescheduling or cancelling of services within 24-hours of the service start time. All guests will have the ability to make modifications as long as it is more than 24 hours prior to the start time of their service. If within 24-hours you need to move, change, reschedule or cancel your confirmed services, please notify our Spa reservation team immediately. The Spa team will make every attempt to resell the appointment to avoid any charges to guest accounts. If we are unable to resell the service, the 50% service fee will be charged to the guest account.

Guests must be past the 1st trimester to receive any body work, which includes: massages, scrubs and wraps. Hydrafacial and Biotec Facials are not recommended for those who are pregnant and/or breastfeeding.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to use the steam room, sauna and locker rooms.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to receive body treatments and massages.
Guests 15 years of age and younger may receive manicures, pedicures, makeover, and hair styling and cutting services.
Guests 16 - 17 years of age may receive facials, select waxing services, manicures, pedicures, makeover and hair styling and cutting services.

The Relâche Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day and is accessible exclusively to registered guests using their room key. This ensures convenient and secure access at any time during your stay.

To ensure a safe and appropriate environment, guests must be 16 years of age or older to use the fitness center. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this guideline.

For your comfort and safety, proper workout attire and closed-toe athletic shoes are required at all times while using the fitness center. This helps maintain a clean and professional environment for all guests.
